Beginning with low-density polymer grains, we blend, dry, and stage resins to achieve the exact mechanical properties required for each film or sheet application.
High-velocity air rings cool the bubble rapidly, locking in molecular arrangements for maximum tensile strength and tear resistance.
Final sheeting is precision-slit to exact dimensions and wound into rolls or cut into sheets, ready for downstream converting and packaging.
Molten polymer is extruded into a continuous film bubble, with thickness precisely regulated by air pressure and die gaps.
