Beginning with high-density polymer grains, we blend specialized resins with UV stabilizers to ensure the film withstands harsh industrial environments.
High-velocity air rings cool the bubble rapidly, locking in molecular arrangements for maximum tensile strength and tear resistance.
Final sheeting is slit to exact dimensions and wound onto heavy-duty cores, or converted into custom poly bags and pallet covers.
Molten polymer is extruded through circular dies and inflated into massive bubbles, allowing us to control gauge and width with sub-micron precision.
